- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 500 g of sliced u200bu200bboiled sausage
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup canned corn (drained)
- 1 cup canned peas (drained)
- 4 cups cooked white rice (tea)
- Salt and chopped parsley to taste
- Straw potato to decorate
Method of preparation
In a skillet, over medium heat, heat the oil and saute the onion and sausage for 3 minutes. Add the tomato, corn, peas and sauté for 3 minutes. Add the rice, salt, green odor and cook for 3 minutes. Turn off, transfer to a serving dish and decorate with straw potatoes. Serve immediately.

- 1 kg of cleaned prawns
- Salt and saffron to taste
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped chilli
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 bunch of chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup (tea) of water
- 1 box of cream (200g)
Method of preparation
Season the shrimp with salt, saffron and garlic and set aside. Place a pan over medium heat with the oil and sauté the onion and bell pepper for 2 minutes. Add the tomato, the green perfume and sauté for another 3 minutes. Add the reserved shrimp and fry for another 3 minutes. Add the water and cook until it reduces a bit. Turn off the heat, add the cream and mix well. Serve accompanied by mashed potatoes sprinkled with parsley if desired.

- 1/2 cup butter (tea)
- 1 cup bacon (diced)
- 1 piece of chopped Calabrian sausage
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 chopped red pepper
- 500 g of dried meat desalted, cooked and minced
- 3 cups cooked white rice (tea)
- 1 cup (tea) of black-eyed peas cooked with broth
- Salt, black pepper and chopped coriander to taste
- 1 cup cottage cheese (cubed)
Method of preparation
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and fry the bacon until golden brown. Add the peppers, onion, garlic, bell pepper and saute for 3 minutes or until browned. Add the dried meat, rice, beans with the stock and brown, stirring for 2 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, coriander and turn off the heat. Add the rennet and mix. Transfer to a platter and serve after.

- 1/2 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 red onion cut into cubes
- 1 yellow pepper cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup chopped black olives
- 2 skinless and seedless tomatoes cut into cubes
- salt to taste
- 1 cup cottage cheese (chopped)
- 1/2 cup olive oil (tea)
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup parsley (chopped)
- 1 pack of penne (500g)
Method of preparation
In a large bowl put the rosemary, thyme, garlic, onion, pepper, black olives, tomato and season with salt. Add the ricotta, the oil and the crumbled tuna with your hands. Cook the pasta in abundant water with salt and oil. Drain and season the still hot pasta with the sauce. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.

- 1 cup mayonnaise (tea)

Method of preparation
In a bowl, combine the apple, juice, chicken, potato, carrot, raisins, celery, mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove, divide into individual pots or trays, decorate with mint leaves and serve after.

In a bowl mix the beans, parsley, tuna, onion, bell pepper, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Arrange in a salad bowl and dress with the ingredients of the mixed sauce. Serve.
