This Wednesday, the 14th, Black Gil took to his Instagram Stories to celebrate the positive impact of a video he made on Tuesday the 13th, rebutting people who praised his weight loss.
The artist has lost weight due to his bowel cancer treatment.
The 47-year-old singer said she was happy to get the messages about the recording.
“I was happy with the impact of my video on fat phobia, because that’s what it’s about. E [tem]many people, many people who think like me and understand the complexity and gravity of these fat-phobic comments,” she said.
“It gives me a very real feeling that we are evolving even though there are still people with backward minds. But when I get this stream of empathy I see that we are evolving”finished.
