sesame biscuit

Time: 3 hours (+30 minutes rest)

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of wheat flour
  • 2 cups sesame (tea)
  • 2 egg yolks for brushing
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of oil (tea)
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of water
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder (baking powder)
  • 1 teaspoon (coffee) of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon (dessert) ground cinnamon
  • margarine for greasing

Method of preparation:

  1. Start by setting aside the flour, sesame seeds, and egg yolks.
  2. Put the other ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Add the flour little by little, until you disapprove of the hands.
  4. Leave to rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Then prepare the biscuits, brush with egg yolks and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  6. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove, wait for it to cool, and store in a pot with a tight lid.
