sesame biscuit
Time: 3 hours (+30 minutes rest)
Performance: 100 units

Ingredients:
- 1 kg of wheat flour
- 2 cups sesame (tea)
- 2 egg yolks for brushing
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of oil (tea)
- 1/2 cup (tea) of water
- 1 tablespoon baking powder (baking powder)
- 1 teaspoon (coffee) of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon (dessert) ground cinnamon
- margarine for greasing
Method of preparation:
- Start by setting aside the flour, sesame seeds, and egg yolks.
- Put the other ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the flour little by little, until you disapprove of the hands.
- Leave to rest for 30 minutes.
- Then prepare the biscuits, brush with egg yolks and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove, wait for it to cool, and store in a pot with a tight lid.
