Many only set aside time on the condition that they had done everything they had to do, and now did it well. Secondly, when everything necessary is done, it is late at night in the yard, and you begin to “rest” instead of sleeping, which is fraught with overwork and nervous breakdowns.
You find yourself a million different and enjoyable activities. But only because you can’t bring yourself to do something important. Don’t wrestle with guilt, just tell yourself you’ll be doing something important in an hour or two and with a clear conscience start enjoying life. But then be sure to take care of the necessary work. You will see, it will be easier to do this, because you have built a plan internally and mentally prepared.
Jews have Shabbat, gentlemen have poker on Thursday, and why are you worse off? If spontaneity isn’t your forte, schedule time for yourself and your favorite activity.
Time is a subjective concept. If you have a lot of energy, you can do everything quickly, the number of free minutes increases. But if you can barely move for lack of sleep, then only a mountain of defeat grows. Try to adjust the daily routine – and you will feel the difference.
