Cream of White Asparagus with Spicy Paprika

ingredients

  • 1 large diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
  • 200ml of milk
  • 200 g of canned white asparagus
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Spicy paprika to taste
  • corn flakes to taste

Method of preparation

Chop the onion into cubes and sauté it in the pan with the butter. Add the wheat flour and mix well.

Add the chopped asparagus and the milk, until it turns into a cream. Then season with 1 teaspoon salt and taste. If you need more salt, adjust until it’s to your liking.

Beat with a mixer or put it in a blender and then serve in a deep plate, decorating with spicy paprika and corn flakes.
