meat burrito

ingredients

  • 4 wheat tortillas
  • 300g of minced meat
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 small chopped carrot
  • 3 chopped mushrooms
  • 100 g of grated cheese
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon pepper sauce
  • 1/3 cup tomato sauce
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation

In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat and sauté the onion with the bay leaf. Then add to carrot, mix well and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms, mix everything together and cook for another 2 minutes. When the ingredients are browned, add the ground beef and stir to break up the pieces. Season with black pepper and salt. Cook until the meat loses its reddish color. Add the tomato sauce and pepper sauce, mix well and cook until the sauce reduces. Turn off the heat and set aside. Place the tortillas in a pan and brown them on both sides.

Assembly

With the help of a spoon, place the meat in the center of the tortilla, sprinkle with grated cheese and fold the sides of the tortilla towards the centre. Then, fold one end of the tortillas into the center as well and roll up until the filling is completely inside the tortilla. Serve and enjoy.

guacamole

  • 2 avocados
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice tea
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped seedless tomato
  • 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 bunch of chopped coriander

Method of preparation

Cut the avocados in half, remove the stone and put the pulp in a bowl. Coarsely mash the avocado with a fork. Grease the pulp with lemon juice. Add the onion, tomato and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Add the chopped coriander, mix again and freeze. Remove the guacamole from the refrigerator and serve.

  • 300 g of corn flakes
  • 2 teacups of water
  • 2 tablespoons of margarine
  • 2 tablespoons of corn starch
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • Pork fat for greasing

Filling

  • 250 g of minced meat
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 chopped red pepper
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • Green corn, grated cheese and chopped parsley to accompany

Method of preparation

Pasta

Put the water in a container and dissolve the cornmeal. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well until you get a smooth and consistent dough. Open the dough with the help of a rolling pin and cut discs. Arrange the disks in a form greased with pork fat. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Remove the dough from the oven and set aside.

Filling

In a pan, heat the oil and brown the minced meat. Add the bell pepper, onion, garlic, salt and pepper and saute until the meat is dry. Add the tomato puree and the tomato cut into small pieces, mix well and add the two tablespoons of water. Let it cook until the water dries up. Remove the filling from the heat and let it cool.

Assembly

Wash the lettuce well, dry it and place it on the pasta. Then add the meat, corn, grated cheese and parsley and serve.

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 300 g of minced meat
  • 2 cups of tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 2 cups cooked beans (no broth)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • pepper sauce to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

Method of preparation

In a pan, heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic. Then add the oregano, bay leaf and minced meat. Saute until the meat loses its reddish color. Add the puree tomato, cumin and boil until thickened. Add the beans and chopped parsley and boil for 10 minutes. Lastly add the pepper sauce and mix well. Put the hot pepper in a deep container, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
