Green juice
ingredients
- 1 cabbage leaf washed and chopped
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 apple, peeled and sliced
- 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon of flax seeds
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 250ml of water
- 1 ginger, peeled and sliced
- mint leaves to taste
Method of preparation
In a blender, blend the kale, lemon juice, apple, cucumber, ginger and water until finely ground. Add the flax seeds, honey and mint leaves and beat until smooth. Strain the juice and serve immediately.
Apple, carrot and lemon juice
ingredients
- 2 apples, peeled and chopped
- 1 raw carrot, sliced
- juice of 1 lemon
- 300ml of water
- Ice cubes to taste
Method of preparation
In a blender, place the apples and carrots and blend until well blended. Add the water and lemon juice and beat for another 3 minutes. Transfer the juice to a glass, fill with ice and serve immediately.
Mint pineapple juice
ingredients
- 1 glass of pineapple juice
- 2 mint leaves
- 1 pinch of ginger powder
- 1 tablespoon of flax seeds
Method of preparation
In the blender, put the pineapple juice, the mint leaves and a pinch of ginger powder. Mix until you get a smooth compound. Then add the flax seeds and beat for a few more seconds. Transfer the juice to a glass, add ice and serve immediately.
Beetroot Juice With Lemon
ingredients
- 300ml of water
- 1 beet raw cut into pieces
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- Ice cubes to taste
Method of preparation
In a blender, put the water, beetroot, lemon juice and honey and blend until smooth. Transfer the juice to a glass, fill with ice and serve immediately.
Tip: serve garnished with mint and chia leaves.
Passion fruit juice with ginger

- Pulp of 2 passion fruit
- 500ml of waterfall
- 1 ginger, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Ice cubes to taste
Method of preparation
In a blender, place the passion fruit pulp, water, ginger and honey and blend until smooth. Transfer the juice to a carafe, add the ice cubes and serve.
