  • 300 g of desalted and minced cod
  • 3 cups of tea potatoes peeled, boiled and squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of green odor

Method of preparation

Put the potato, eggs, cod and green perfume in a bowl and mix well. Gradually add the wheat flour and mix until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Season with salt and pepper.   • 100 g of cooked and minced dried meat

Method of preparation

In a pan, put the cassava, cover with water and bring to medium heat until soft. After that, drain the water, wait for it to cool down and transfer to a container. With the help of a citrus juicer, mash the cassava until obtaining a homogeneous consistency, removing the stalks. Add the beef jerky, onion, bell pepper and coriander and mix well. Season with salt.

Then, with the help of a spoon, take some of the dough and give it the shape of a ball. Repeat the process with all the dough and set aside. In a pan, put the oil and heat over medium heat. In a bowl, put the wheat for the kibbeh and the water. Cover with cling film and leave to rest for 40 minutes. Next, place the wheat in a tea towel and drain until all the water has been removed. Transfer to a container and add the ground beef, onion, salt, black pepper and mint leaves and mix well. With the help of a spoon, take some of the dough and roll it out in the shape of a mini quibe. Repeat the process with all the dough and set aside.

In a pan, put the oil and heat over medium heat. Then, with the help of a slotted spoon, place the mini-quibes on the pan and fry until golden brown. Transfer to a paper towel-lined container and serve immediately.
