ingredients

  • 300 grams of cleaned squid, cut into slices
  • 300 grams of octopus tentacles
  • Noble Leaf Mix (Iceberg Lettuce, Purple Lettuce)
  • 2 medium sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Basil

Method of preparation

Heat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil. With the pan heated, quickly sauté the calamari and octopus in the olive oil and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

In a deep dish, assemble by alternating the leaves, the squid and the octopus. Finish with the thyme basil vinaigrette for garnish.
