Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 5 potatoes cut into cubes
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 2 cups of broccoli
  • 2 chicken broth tablets
  • 4L of water
  • 500 g of agnolini
  • salt to taste
  • Parsley and chives to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. First, cut the onion into cubes and crush the garlic.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the onion first.
  3. Then add the chicken and cubed meat to brown. Tip: At this stage, already hit the salt of the meat.
  4. Add the water, chicken broth, potatoes, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower.
  5. Cook over medium heat until all vegetables are soft.
