Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 170 g of chopped milk chocolate
  • 1 cup butter (unsalted)
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour (tea)
  • 100 g of chopped dark chocolate
  • Margarine and wheat flour for greasing

Method of preparation:

  1. Melt the milk chocolate with the butter in a double boiler or in the microwave.
  2. Shortly after, add the eggs, one at a time, beating with a spoon after each addition.
  3. Add the sifted sugar and flour, mixing until smooth.
  4. Pour 2/3 of the dough into a medium, buttered and floured rectangular mould.
  5. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave and add it to the rest of the dough.
  6. Spoon onto the dough, alternating.
  7. Bake in a preheated medium oven for 25 minutes or until edges are firm and center is slightly soft.
  8. Leave to rest for 10 minutes, cut into squares and serve immediately.
