Garden chicken fillet

Time: 30 minutes

Performance: 4 portions

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken fillets
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon of wheat flour
  • 1 can of drained vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Method of preparation:

  1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper and garlic
  2. Melt half the butter in a heavy skillet over high heat, then brown the chicken tenderloin for 2 minutes on each side.
  3. Reserve on a heated plate
  4. Meanwhile, in the same skillet, saute the onion in the remaining butter for 2 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with flour and fry for 1 minute, stirring
  6. Add the seleta, the curd, salt and pepper
  7. Bring to a boil and spread over the chicken.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
