We can live with far less than we think we need.

Today I want to talk a little about detachment, which is essential for anyone who wants to have a more organized and happy life.
Maybe we don’t realize it, but the accumulation of excess, broken, unused and stored things for years, whether they are in the house, in the office, in the car, block and consume our energy… in addition to dust, of course!
When we organize ourselves, we let go not only of the objects we no longer use, but also of the emotions that keep us from moving forward, such as sadness and pain. We don’t hoard something or some feeling that we fear we will miss later.
You know those phrases like, “What if you need it someday?” or “Will I ever experience this again?” Forget. We live in the here and now.
In the organization, this look with another perspective is what helps us to see things and environments differently. Sometimes, we are so focused on different situations that we don’t realize that in organizing our home or office, we let go of materials, furniture, clothes, among other things, which don’t make us happier, they fill us up.. They are just there.
We can live with far less things than we think we need. If we do an analysis, we keep more unnecessary elements than we really need.
It’s far more common than we think for people to start the abandonment process and say they’re going to send things to their mother’s house or someone close. Very careful! This is self-sabotage.
This type of behavior is a way to get rid of what we no longer know what to do with. The important thing here is that once we no longer see something, over time, we no longer remember that it exists, we don’t use it, and we don’t need to leave it anywhere, right?
Another very important thing is that we must not use anyone’s house as a warehouse. Everyone has their own space and should have enough inside to keep the place habitable, comfortable, clean and organized.
The house or any other cluttered environment is not healthy.
Discard what can no longer be used. Donate what can still be used. Recycle so that new things and opportunities arise. Let the good energy flow again! This will be good for the body, mind and soul.
The final advice of this article is: do good to those in need! Something that may no longer be useful for us may be essential for someone else!
