Chicken and corn fritters

Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cube of chicken stock
- 6 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 3 cups of milk (tea)
- 2 cups chicken (cooked and shredded)
- 1 can of drained corn
- 1/2 cup chopped green olives
- Salt and chopped parsley to taste
- Soft wheat flour for breading
- Fry oil
Method of preparation:
- Heat a pan with the butter and fry the onion until it is wilted
- Add the chicken broth and saute for another 1 minute
- Add half the flour and fry until lightly browned
- Add the milk a little at a time, stirring constantly until it thickens.
- Add the chicken, corn, olives, salt and green odor and cook for a few more minutes.
- Add the flour and cook until it thickens well
- Turn off, transfer to a serving plate and put in the fridge for 4 hours
- Remove, take portions of dough in hand and roll in wheat flour
- Fry, a little at a time, in hot oil until golden brown
- Drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately.
