Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of cornstarch biscuits (200 g)
  • 5 tablespoons cold butter, cubed

Filling

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice (lemon)
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of cold cream without whey

  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • Lemon zest zest for dusting

Method of preparation:

  1. Grind the biscuit in the blender, a little at a time, using the pulsar key

  11. Spread over the cake and make peaks using the concave side of the spoon.
  12. Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  13. Refrigerate for another 2 hours
  14. Develop, sprinkle with lemon zest and serve after.
