Ingredients:
- 1 packet of cornstarch biscuits (200 g)
- 5 tablespoons cold butter, cubed
Filling
- 1/2 cup lemon juice (lemon)
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can of cold cream without whey
Roof
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Lemon zest zest for dusting
Method of preparation:
- Grind the biscuit in the blender, a little at a time, using the pulsar key
- Pour into a bowl, add the butter and work with your fingertips until you get the consistency of farofa.
- Line the bottom and sides of a 22cm springform pan, pressing it down with your fingers.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool
- Meanwhile, mix the juice with the condensed milk, stirring until stiff.
- Add the cream and mix until smooth
- Pour into the mold, leveling with a spatula and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Whip the egg whites in a mixer until stiff
- Beating non-stop, sprinkle sugar until a firm sigh is obtained.
- Spread over the cake and make peaks using the concave side of the spoon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Refrigerate for another 2 hours
- Develop, sprinkle with lemon zest and serve after.
