  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed
  • Juice of 1/2 orange
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation

Arrange the chicken fillets in a container and season with garlic, salt, black pepper and orange juice. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Next, in a frying pan, put the olive oil and bring to medium heat to warm it up. Add the fillets and brown them. Serve immediately.

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 1/2 cup apple cut into sticks
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped mint
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 peeled and grated onion
  • 1 coffee spoon of curry
  • 1 teacup of chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened creamer
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • Salt, ground black pepper and chopped chives to taste

Method of preparation

Arrange the chicken fillets in a container and, on top, the apple sticks and mint leaves. Roll each chicken fillet like a rocambole and tie it with string. Reserve. In a frying pan put the olive oil and bring to medium heat to warm it up. Add the chicken, onion, curry and chicken stock and cook over low heat until the chicken is tender but not falling apart. Add cream, coconut milk and mix well. Add the chives, salt and black pepper, stir and turn off the heat. Transfer to a plate and serve later.

  • 1 cup of tomato sauce
  • 400 g of sour cream
  • 100 g of champignon mushrooms

Method of preparation

In a skillet put the butter and bring to medium heat to heat it. Add the chicken and onion and saute for 6 minutes. Add the mustard, salt and tomato sauce and mix well. Cover the pan and cook over low heat until tender. Add the cream and the mushrooms and mix well. Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
