Vegetable recipe to last all week

Ingredients:
- 2 broccoli
- 1 cauliflower
- 1/2 cabbage
- 5 carrots
- 2 chayotes
- 1 courgette
- 1 teaspoon of chimichurri
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- Salt, herbs and black pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
- First, soak all your veggies in chlorine for 10 minutes.
- Put the oven to preheat to 230°C.
- While the oven is heating up, rinse the vegetables under running water and cut them all to taste. Tip: Slice the carrot, separate the stems from the broccoli and cauliflower, and dice the cabbage, zucchini, and chayote.
- Put everything in a very large roasting pan and season to taste with chimichurri, garlic, olive oil, salt, aromatic herbs and black pepper.
- Place the pan in the oven at 230°C for 1 hour, stirring at regular intervals. Tip: Remove them from the oven before the vegetables are cooked, because heating them during the week, either in the microwave or on the hob, will cook them a little longer.
