Recipe: Find out how to make Isabela Akkari’s healthy cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 300 g of dates
  • 80 g of almond flour
  • 150 g sweetener of your choice
  • 260 g of lactose-free and sugar-free Greek yogurt
  • 150 g of zero lactose and zero sugar cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 30 g of unflavored coconut oil
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 10 g of vanilla extract
  • Red fruits to taste
  • Red fruit jelly to taste

Method of preparation:

In a food processor, grind the dates with the coconut oil until they become a paste. Line a 15cm springform pan with baking paper and press the date paste into the bottom to form the cheesecake base.

Beat all the remaining ingredients in a blender, pour them over the base and bake at 150 degrees for 1 hour.
