Ingredients:
- 4 cups wheat flour (tea)
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar
- 1 cup (tea) of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder (chemical)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 1/2 cups butter (softened)
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 grated apples
- 1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)
- 1/2 cup seedless black raisins
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl mix the wheat flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder and salt
- Add the butter and then mix
- Add the milk and the egg and mix until a firm and homogeneous mass is formed.
- If necessary, add more milk
- Add the apple, walnuts and raisins and mix with your hands until you get a homogeneous mixture
- Form the dough into a not too thick cylinder, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour
- Remove and cut into 1cm slices
- Arrange, side by side, on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in a preheated medium oven for 10 minutes or until set.
- Remove from the oven, leave to cool and serve immediately.
