Ingredients:

  • 1 and 1/2 pack of crushed cream crackers
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon fine dried herbs
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup fresh milk (tea)
  • 1 cup cream cheese (tea)
  • 1 cup of crumbled ricotta
  • 1 bag of vegetable broth
  • 1 cup ham (grated)
  • 1 and 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • Salt, black pepper and oregano to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuit, butter, egg white and aromatic herbs until the mixture is smooth.
