  • 1 teacup of white sugar
  • 1 teacup of brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons of essence of vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons of hot water

  • 3 teacups of wheat flour
  • 2 cups of tea with chocolate chips

Method of preparation

In the mixer, whip the butter and sugars to form a homogeneous cream. Then add the eggs, one at a time, and the vanilla extract. Mix gently. In a bowl, dissolve the baking soda in hot water. Then add it to the dough and add the salt. Mix gently. Add the wheat flour and chocolate chips and mix well. In a pan covered with butter paper, place the spoonfuls of dough. Remember to leave a space between cookies. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

  • 1/2 tablespoon baking powder

Method of preparation

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Model the Cookies and put them in a form greased with margarine. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
