Without complicity, loyalty and respect, “there’s no point in continuing,” Carol tells Terra

The trial composed of Maria Carolina Rizola, Douglas Queiroz and Klayse Marques has ended after almost two years of relationship and two children. The two women continue together. “We preach and believe that any relationship works, whether it is monogamous or not. The rule is basic: complicity, faithfulness and respect. And once one of these things is missing (or all) it is useless to continue,” Carol said in a exclusive interview with Earth.
Known as the “Londrina trisal”, the three became a success on the internet in 2021, when they announced their union. At the time, the architect Maria Carolina had already been married to the firefighter Douglas for three years, when the consultant Klayse entered the relationship. The first child, Henrique, Maria Carolina’s biological son, arrived in 2022. And in June of this year, the then trial announced that Klayse had given birth to her second child, José, both children bearing the surnames of their father and mother.
Despite the separation of the three, Carol says her father was present. “The little one, who is 2 months old, stays with us more because he still exclusively breastfeeds, but his father always sees him for a few hours. The older one, who is 1 year old, still breastfeeds but also eats very well, so he spends the day with dad a couple of times a week.”
The architect said the interruption does not interfere with children’s creation. “Our children have been planned and are very loved by all three. The fact that our relationship has come to an end does not interfere in any way with their upbringing. They have almost daily contact with their father.”
Moving forward in the relationship, without the father
Although Douglas was no longer part of the romantic union, the two women maintained their relationship. Carol says the love between them has not been affected by Douglas’ absence:
“Many people thought that what united us was the third person, in this case the man, but that was never the case, and the proof of that is this, we continued our relationship and, being very honest, this love is even increased after everything that happened. We support, we choose every day and we are very happy with the family we are building.”
According to the architect, the firefighter did not try to resume romantic involvement. “Everything worked out very well between us. The theme of our conversations has always been that once there is no more trust, there is no more relationship, therefore there is no possibility of reconciliation,” he says.
Homosexual couples are more popular than threesomes
He even underlines that “people really appreciated” the end of the trial: “Of course, many people were rooting for us, but many came to congratulate us for the strength and courage with which we denounced what happened and put an end to all this (in trisal).” , Share.
“We have also noticed that a same-sex couple is ‘much better regarded’ in society than a couple, so in the general context the acceptance by people has been very good, we have noticed this daily from the messages we have received on our Instagram” , he adds.
Today the two have an Instagram page called @carolcomkah_. In their profile they share the challenges of double motherhood, life together and, shortly after the breakup with Douglas, they also talked about the end of the relationship, without mentioning exactly what happened between them. The ex-partner no longer appears in their posts and profile @meutrisal has been deactivated.
