  • 300 g of tofu dice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and sliced

Preparation method

Place all the ingredients, except the tofu, in a container and mix until you obtain a smooth sauce. Next, dip the tofu cubes in the mixture and thread them onto the skewers. Cook on the grill until one side is lightly browned and flip the other side. Serve immediately.

ingredients

  • 150ml of water
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of milk soy
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 250 ml of sunflower seed oil
  • Salt to taste

Preparation method

Place the water, lemon juice and soy milk in a blender and blend until you obtain a smooth consistency. Add the garlic, parsley and salt and beat again to combine. While mixing the mayonnaise, gradually add the sunflower oil and beat until creamy. Then transfer to a container and place in the refrigerator to cool. Serve immediately.
