Architect Lucas Lage has united two properties in a neutral, timeless and trendless project
This apartment 320 m2 in Contagem (MG) is, in fact, the union of two different properties. Thus, to create a project aimed at welcoming friends, the architect Lucas Lage created a concept in which the openings of the spaces are maximized, so that all environments can have visual reach and interaction with the surrounding rooms.

“Customers wanted a easy visual perceptionwith comfort home, but without much information on decoration, focusing on timeless furniture with a surprising design. A house timeless and fashionless“, explains the professional.
The social area is integrated – with living room, dining room and TV in the same space – and, to delimit the functions, we used ebonized oak panels within the limits of each environment. In the home theater, for example, wood appears on the side walls. At dinner it acts as a backdrop to the sideboard.
The lighting passes through all three environments, bringing integration and continuous and diffused light. In the furniture, woody pieces in light tones contrast with the dark wall.
In the kitchen, the spacious and shades of brown and beige carries a table that embraces the central area of the space. There is audio, video and lighting automation.
As for the bedroom, the project was designed to be a clean environment, with only the necessary furniture and carpentry. The entire palette and finishes are in sand tones, bouclé fabric and timeless choices.
