“This morning Rafa went for his morning swim, as usual, he was at home preparing to enter his pool and dive, as he does every day. However, today, God wanted this dive to be different and Rafa has concluded he hit his head. The doctors tried to resuscitate him, but unfortunately he arrived dead in hospital”, reports the publication.

Rafael’s friends and clients mourned his death in the publication’s comments. “My God, no,” wrote the presenter Adriana Galisteu. “I can’t believe it, Rafa. Rest in peace and may God comfort all your family and friends. I am shocked by the news,” Pyong Lee said.
