Strawberry and banana ice cream
ingredients
- 3 bananas peeled, sliced and frozen
- 10 strawberries, sliced and frozen
Preparation method
Place the bananas in the blender and blend until creamy. Add the strawberries little by little and beat again until you obtain a uniform cream. Transfer the ice cream to a container with a lid and place in the freezer for 24 hours. Serve immediately.
Tip: serve decorated with basil leaves.

ingredients
- 600 g of peeled peaches, cut into cubes and frozen
- 150 g of coconut milk
- Zest of 1 lemon
Preparation method
In a blender, put the peach and coconut milk and beat until smooth. Add the lemon zest and beat again to combine. Transfer the ice cream into a container with a lid, place in the freezer for 6 hours and then serve.

- 2 cups chopped, frozen pineapple
- 100 ml of milk coconut ice-cream
