Colored jelly
ingredients
- 25 g strawberry flavored gelatine powder
- 25 g of lemon flavored gelatine powder
- 25 g of orange flavored gelatine powder
- 25 g of passion fruit flavored gelatin powder
- 400 g of milk cream
- 790 g of condensed milk
- 25 g unflavoured powdered gelatine
- Waterfall
Preparation method
Place the strawberry jelly and 150 ml of hot water in a container and mix until completely dissolved. Add 100 ml of cold water and mix well. Transfer the mixture into a container and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Repeat the operation with all the gelatine, except the unflavored one. Then hydrate the unflavored gelatine according to the instructions on the package, place it in the blender, add the cream and condensed milk and blend until a smooth consistency is obtained. Reserve.
Remove the colored jellies from the refrigerator and, using a knife, cut them into cubes. Arrange on a round glass plate and pour the reserved cream over it. Place in the fridge for 3 hours. Unmold carefully and serve immediately.
Coconut Pudding
ingredients
- 50 g of grated coconut
- 250ml coconut milk
- 395 g of condensed milk
- 250 g of cream
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Grated coconut to decorate
Preparation method
In a pan add the condensed milk and corn starch and mix well. Add the cream, coconut milk, shredded coconut and butter and stir to combine. Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Turn off the heat, wait for it to cool, transfer to a serving plate, decorate with grated coconut and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Serve immediately.
Peach cream
ingredients
- 395 g of condensed milk
- 3 cups of tea milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons corn starch
- 250 g of cream
- 3 cups peach tea in syrup
Preparation method
Place the condensed milk, milk, egg yolks and corn starch in a pan and cook over medium heat until creamy, stirring constantly. Turn off the heat, wait for it to cool and pour half the cream onto a plate. Cover with the peaches and make another layer with the cream. Repeat the operation until the entire plate is filled, ending with the peach. Reserve. In a mixer, whip the egg whites with the sugar. Add the cream and beat again until you obtain a homogeneous consistency. Spread the mixture over the cream and refrigerate until solidified. Serve immediately.

Chocolate flan
ingredients
- 395 g of condensed milk
- 250 g of cream
- 200 ml of milk
- 10 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 25 g unflavoured powdered gelatine
- Waterfall
Preparation method
Add the milk to a saucepan and heat over medium heat, without boiling. Turn off the heat, transfer to the blender, add the cocoa and blend to combine. Add the cream and condensed milk and beat until smooth. Reserve. In another container, add the water and gelatin and mix until completely dissolved. Pour the mixture into the blender and blend again to combine. Transfer to a container and refrigerate for 12 hours. Unmold carefully and serve immediately.
Peanut pavé
ingredients
- 790 g of condensed milk
- 400 ml of milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 250 g of cream
- 400 g chopped unsalted peanuts
- 200 g of moistened cornflour biscuits
- Peanuts crushed without salt for sprinkling
Preparation method
In a pan, add the condensed milk, milk and egg yolks and mix well. Cook over medium heat until creamy, stirring constantly. Turn off the heat, add the cream and peanuts and mix well. Then, on a serving plate, make a layer with the cream and cover with the biscuit. Repeat the process until the entire baking dish is filled and finish with the cream. Sprinkle with peanuts and refrigerate for 4 hours. Serve immediately.
