Avocado cream ingredients
– 1 ripe avocado(s)
– 100 g of sugar-free lemon ice cream
– mint to taste (leaves)
– xylitol to taste
– lemon to taste (drops)
– 1 teaspoon(s) of lemon (juice)
Ingredients for decorating
– mint to taste (leaves) (optional)
PREPARATION:
1. Separate the recipe ingredients and utensils.
2. Wash the mint leaves.
3. Peel and cut the avocado into large pieces.
4. If you don’t intend to use it immediately, add a few drops of lemon to prevent it from oxidising, but don’t wait too long.

1. When serving, blend all the ingredients of the recipe in a blender (can be fresh or frozen avocado).
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
1. Distribute the avocado cream into individual bowls.
2. Decorate with mint leaves
3. Serve immediately.
