Fresh Istanbul with rum and coffee combination




Istanbul Espresso coffee is part of the permanent World Explorations line and is inspired by the charm of the Turkish city. It is an intense and delicious drink that reveals a surprising profile through notes of berries and a delicate touch of almonds. The full-bodied and velvety espresso was born as a tribute to Turkish coffee. Check it step by step

Ingredients:

  • 100ml lemon soda
  • 40ml Istanbul Espresso
  • 15ml aged rum
  • 8 ice cubes

Preparation method:

Place 5 ice cubes in the glass, then the lemon soda and the rum. Extract the coffee into a carafe and cool it with 3 ice cubes. Pour gently into the glass, over the ice. For a non-alcoholic version just remove the rum.

Paris Espresso with gin

The coffee and gin drink is made with the Paris Espresso capsule from the permanent World Explorations line, which is inspired by the lifestyle of the French capital and features a balanced combination of lightly roasted Latin American Arabica and Vietnamese Robusta.

Ingredients:

  • 40 ml of Paris Espresso
  • 15 ml of raspberry liqueur
  • 15ml of gin
  • Ice

Preparation method:

In a glass with ice, together with raspberry liqueur and gin. Extract the coffee and let it cool. Place gently on ice cubes. For a non-alcoholic version, simply replace the liqueur with syrup and the gin with 50 ml of tonic water.

Ethiopia with grapefruit syrup

Ingredients:

  • 4 ice cubes
  • 90 ml of tonic water
  • 1 thyme
  • 10 ml of grapefruit syrup
  • 1 Nespresso Master Origin Ethiopia coffee

Preparation method:

Add lemon thyme to the glass (or use regular thyme as an alternative). Add the grapefruit syrup and 4 ice cubes. Pour the tonic water over the ice cubes. Add Master Origin Ethiopia coffee.
