The electric fryer is as effective as a traditional fryer that uses oil, but does not use immersion fats to prepare food. It allows you to fry, grill and roast using high-speed hot air, reaching an average temperature of 200ºC. It works like a traditional toaster, but is usually faster and more practical for daily preparations. Fried cod meatball

ingredients

  • 500 g of desalted and chopped cod
  • 500 g of Potato bald
  • 1 onion peeled and chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 bunch of chopped parsley
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Waterfall

Preparation method

Place the potatoes in a pan, cover with water and cook over medium heat until soft. Turn off the heat and wait for it to cool. In a container, mash the potatoes with a fork and set aside. In a pan, add the olive oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and garlic and brown them. Add the cod and season with salt and black pepper. Transfer the stew to the container with the potatoes, add the parsley and the egg and mix until you obtain a smooth mixture.

Then, with the help of a spoon, take some dough and form a ball. Repeat the operation with all the dough and brush the gnocchi with olive oil. Place in an electric fryer preheated to 200ºC for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.

  • 1/2 cup tea chocolate chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup self-rising wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 1 round disposable aluminum baking tray

Preparation method

Place all the ingredients in a container and mix until you obtain a smooth mixture. Arrange on an aluminum tray and place in a fryer preheated to 200ºC until the surface is crispy. The inside must remain soft. Then remove the pan from the fryer, wait for it to cool, cut into small pieces and serve immediately.

Crispy fried chicken

  • 400 g of chicken with bird seasoned to taste
  • Corn starch for breading

Preparation method

In a container, coat the chicken pieces in corn starch and place them in a preheated fryer at 200° for 30 minutes. Turn halfway. Do not overlap the chicken pieces, place only what fits in the bottom of the basket. Remove and serve immediately.
