- In a kettle over medium heat, heat the water until it boils.
- Turn off the heat and add the sachets to infuse for about 6 minutes.
- If desired, add sugar.
- In the meantime, peel and chop the peaches.
- For the peach puree, blend the pieces in a blender or cut and mash them well.
- Add the puree to the black tea and refrigerate for about 1h30 before serving over ice.

- 1 cup of sago coffee
- 2 tea bags of your choice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Water to cook the sago
Preparation method:
- In a pan, add the sago and water in the quantity recommended on the package.
- Let the sago cook until the grains are soft.
- Filter and reserve the sago for about two hours.
- Bring the cooking water to the boil over high heat.
- Turn off the heat and add the tea bags of your choice.
- Cover the pan and wait 10 minutes for the tea to begin to color and taste like water.
- After the resting period, add the sago to the tea water.
- Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- Stir in the honey.
- Then add it to your iced tea.

- 1 cup fresh ginger, peeled and grated (if you want to add chopped ginger, you can too)
- 130 g of sugar
- 500ml filtered water
- sparkling water
- 1 lemon juice
- the juice of 1 lime (or you can replace it with the juice and zest of 1 lemon)
- mint or mint leaves (optional)
Preparation method:
- In a pan, boil the grated ginger (or chopped ginger), the sugar and the filtered water.
- Continue stirring until all the sugar has dissolved and the liquid has concentrated to the appearance of a “syrup”. The time can vary from 15 to 30 minutes.
- Then remove from the heat and leave to rest until it cools.
- Once cold, pass this mixture through a sieve to remove the pieces of ginger, as we will only need the liquid part.
- In a glass with ice, fill about 1/4 of the glass with syrup and top up the remainder with carbonated water.
- The measurement will be 1 part syrup to 3 parts sparkling water.
- Finally, add the lemon juice, lime juice and a few mint leaves to garnish and give a light flavour.
- Now just mix everything together and enjoy the drink

- 2/3 cup yerba mate per tereré (about 1 cup of tea)
- Enough cold water to make tea
- Ice to taste
Preparation method:
- Start by placing the mate in the gourd. Attention: this amount should reach the narrow part, but not fill it completely.
- To pile the herb on only one side, tilt the pumpkin at 45º, covering the “mouth” with your hand.
- Place the bomb, covering the top end of the straw with one finger and placing the other on the side of the pumpkin.
- Then fill the pumpkin with ice. Tip: To liven up your tereré, add lemon juice, honey, ginger or mint!
- Pour the ice water to cover the yerba mate.
- To mix the ingredients, move the pump from top to bottom.
