And it supports other sports too. So, we see three Brazilians who have a good chance of winning a medal in the United States Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

Darlan Romani
Recognized for raising more than R$300,000 for his participation in Tokyo 2020, the shot putter Darlan Romani32 years old, he reached the milestone of 21’58 in the 2023 Brazil Athletics Trophy. A feat that culminated in the title and index for Paris.
The Catarina native from Concórdia has in his curriculum the successes of the Indoor World Cup (2021), a gold medal at the Pan American Games in Lima (2019), his second title at the Military World Games (2019 – 2015) and the South American title (2017).
Leticia Gold
The 25-year-old Catarina from Joinville is the youngest at the Olympics, that is, she will participate in Paris 2024 for the first time. Her performance indicates the expectation of a medal for the Brazilian team delegation.
Joy She is passionate about the long jump and in the 2022 season she won the bronze medal at the World Athletics Championships, held in the city of Eugene, United States. This result saw him alongside Fabiana Murer, a 42-year-old pole vaulter with appearances on the World Cup podium.
Emanuele Vittorio
Born in São Gonçalo (RJ), 31 years old, shot put athlete in the F37 category, a class reserved for competitors suffering from cerebral palsy, Emanoel spares no points in his athletics career.
Victor boasts the fourth Brazilian championship, the gold medal at the Open Para Athletics Lima in 2022 with an index of 13.91m, the eighth place at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics and the current record in the Americas with a success of 14, 58m.
“My expectation is to look for the gold medal (Paris 2024) and I am working very hard. I am the current record holder in Brazil, the Americas and I have strong opponents from Tunisia and Uzbekistan. I don’t feel like it a favorite, but I’m up there among the candidates,” he said Emanuele Vittorio in an exclusive interview with Sport Life.
