- 1 grated cooked carrot
- 1/2 bunch chopped cooked broccoli
- 1 cup chopped hearts of palm
- 1 box of cream
- 1/2 tablespoon ready-made vegetable dressing
Sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 4 fresh peeled tomatoes, cut into small pieces
- 1 ready-made chicken bouillon cube
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 cup (tea) water
Preparation method:
- For the dough, blend the oil, milk, eggs, flour and vegetable seasoning in a blender until smooth.

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 3 cups ground beef

- 3 tablespoons chopped green olives

Preparation method:
- For the filling, heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
