Ingredients:
- 1 kg of sassami chicken breast fillets
- Salt, black pepper and chopped green chilli to taste
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup (tea) wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup (tea) cornmeal
- 1/2 cup (tea) breadcrumbs
- Fry oil
Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons of cream
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, season the fillets with salt, pepper, lemon juice, garlic and green chili peppers and leave them to enjoy covered in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
- Prepare the sauce by blending mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, salt and pepper in a blender and store it in the refrigerator.
