Ingredients:

  • 2 cups ripe pitanga
  • 2 cups (tea) of water
  • 3 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
  • Ice to taste (for serving)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Preparation method:

  1. Clean the pitangas as you prefer and then remove the stem from each one.
  2. In a blender, blend the pitanga with the sugar and water
  3. Strain the juice through a sieve or fine strainer
