Homemade marinated garlic recipe

Ingredients:
- 8 heads of garlic, peeled
- 100 ml of water
- 100ml of your favorite vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 bay leaves
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 100 ml of smooth white wine
Preparation method:
- With the exception of the garlic, place all the ingredients in a pan and heat them over low heat, stirring constantly.
- When it boils, add the garlic and continue stirring. Let it cook for three minutes.
