Oba Hortifruti nutritionist Renata Guirau teaches how to maintain Halloween tradition with healthier foods and drinks
Ingredients:
- 4 yellow peppers
- 4 tablespoons braised ground beef
- 4 tablespoons chopped spinach
- 4 tablespoons finely chopped and previously sautéed broccoli
- 8 tablespoons of ricotta cream
Preparation method:
Prepare a pasta with the minced meat, spinach, broccoli and ricotta cream. Cut a lid off the stem side of the peppers to create an opening. On one side of the peppers, make triangle-shaped cuts with the tip of a knife, simulating the eyes and nose typical of Halloween decorations. Add a portion of the filling to each pepper and bake for about 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
