  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3 carrots, peeled and grated
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups of tea sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
  • Butter for greasing
  • Wheat flour for dusting

Roof

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoons of chocolate powder
  • 1 cup of sugar

Preparation method

Pasta

Place the carrot, eggs and oil in a blender and blend until you obtain a smooth consistency. Add the sugar and wheat flour and beat for another 3 minutes. Finally add the chemical yeast and mix gently. Then transfer the mixture onto a baking tray greased with butter and floured with wheat flour. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 40 minutes. Turn off the oven, wait for it to cool, carefully remove from the mold and set aside.

Roof

Place all the ingredients in a pan and mix well. Then cook over medium heat until you obtain a consistent syrup. Turn off the heat, wait for it to cool and cover cake with the mixture. Serve immediately.

Fluffy Chocolate Cake

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons of cream
  • 1 teacup of water
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 cup chocolate milk
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
  • Butter for greasing
  • Wheat flour for dusting

Roof

  • 300g chopped semi-sweet chocolate
  • 250 g of cream
  • Chocolate sprinkles to taste

Preparation method

Place the egg whites in a mixer and beat until smooth. Add 1 cup sugar and beat again to combine. Then transfer the mixture into a container and set aside. Still in the mixer, add the egg yolks, the rest of the sugar and the cream and beat until you obtain a creamy consistency. Add the water, wheat flour and milk to the chocolate and beat again until you obtain a smooth mixture. Add the reserved egg white and mix gently with a spatula.

Finally add the chemical yeast and mix to combine. Then place the dough on a baking tray greased with butter and floured with wheat flour. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. Turn off the oven, wait for it to cool, carefully remove from the mold and set aside.

In a bain-marie, melt the chocolate half bitter. Then, add the cream and mix well. Turn off the heat, wait for it to cool and, using a spoon, spread the icing on the cake. Finish by decorating with chocolate sprinkles and serve immediately.

  • 4 cups sifted wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
  • 2 cups of juice tea natural orange
  • Butter for greasing
  • Wheat flour for dusting

Preparation method

In a mixer, add the butter and sugar and beat until you obtain a whitish cream. Add the eggs and beat well. Add the wheat flour and chemical baking powder and beat again to combine. Finally add the orange juice and mix gently. Then transfer the dough into a central baking tray greased with butter and floured with wheat flour. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden. Turn off the oven, wait for it to cool, carefully remove from the mold and serve.
