Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1.5 kg of diced rump
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 can drained green corn
  • Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley to taste
  • Straw potatoes for dusting

Preparation method:

  1. In a pan, heat the oil over high heat and brown the meat. Remove and reserve.
  2. In the same pan, brown the onion and garlic for 4 minutes.
  3. Return the meat to the pan and add the corn. Brown for 2 minutes.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
  5. Add half the cream cheese and mix.
  6. Place in a medium baking dish and cover with the remaining cream cheese, by the spoonful.
  7. Place in preheated medium oven for 10 minutes.
