  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Preparation method:

  1. Wash the corn and soak it in water for 1 hour
  2. Place the hominy in a pressure cooker, cover with water and cook for 15 minutes, once the pressure has started.
  3. Wait for the pressure to release naturally and open the pan.
  4. Transfer to another pan, add sugar, salt, milk, condensed milk, cinnamon and cook for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
