Ingredients for cassava cake

  • 6 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 cups (tea) of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 cups raw and grated cassava (cassava)
  • 1 cup (s) of grated coconut
  • ½ cup of coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Margarine to grease the mold

Method of preparation

Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl. Reserve. Beat the sugar and butter in a blender. Gradually add the eggs, cassava, coconut, coconut milk, cheese, set aside mixture and beat until smooth. Pour into a greased form and take it in a preheated oven (200º) for about 1 hour or until golden brown.
