ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa tea
  • 1 cucumber cut into cubes
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 yellow pepper chopped

Preparation method

In a pan, place the quinoa, cover with water and place over medium heat. Cook until the quinoa is soft. Then drain and reserve.   • 1 pear cut into cubes
  • 1 kiwi cut into slices
  • 1 cup green grape tea
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Honey, to taste
  • Mint leaves to decorate

Preparation method

In a container, mix the green apple, pear, kiwi and green grapes. Add the lemon juice and honey and mix well. Then decorate with the leaves mint and serve.
