ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cauliflower florets
- 7 cherry tomatoes
- 1 orange tomato cut into slices
- 1 kiwi cut into pieces
- 1 grapefruit segments, cut into pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups water
Preparation method
In a pan, add water and place over medium heat. As soon as it starts to boil, place a metal strainer with the cauliflower florets inside the pan and cover. Leave the vegetables to steam for 10 minutes and turn off the heat. Place the cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, orange tomatoes, kiwi and grapefruit segments in a container. Season the salad with olive oil, salt and black pepper and serve immediately.

- 1 avocado
- 1 red cabbage
- 1/2 carrot
- 1 tablespoon white sesame

Lentils Salad
ingredients
- 2 cups of lentil tea
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion cut into rings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bunch of spinach
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation method
Leave the lentils to soak in a container of water for 8 hours. Then drain the lentils and wash them under running water. In a pan, place the Lentil and cover with water. Bring to the boil and cook for 12 minutes. Turn off the heat, drain and set aside. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. In a container, arrange the lentils with the onion and cherry tomatoes.
