Tapioca snack recipe

Time: 1 hour (+40 minutes of rest)

Performance: 20 servings

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml of milk
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 250 g of granular tapioca
  • 100 g of grated parmesan
  • Salt to taste
  • Greasing oil

Filling

  • 1/2 cup diced bacon
  • 1 bunch of chopped endive

Preparation method

  1. Heat the milk with the chicken broth over medium heat until boiling.
  2. In a bowl, mix the tapioca, parmesan and salt.
  3. Add the hot milk, little at a time, mixing until smooth.
  4. Let stand for 40 minutes or until hot.
  5. Place the bacon in a pan over medium heat and fry in fat until golden brown.
  6. Add the endive, salt and pepper and sauté until wilted and softened. Let cool.
  7. With greased hands, open small portions of dough, divide the filling between them and close to form balls.
  8. Place on a greased baking tray and bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove and serve.
