Tapioca snack recipe
Time: 1 hour (+40 minutes of rest)

Ingredients:
- 500 ml of milk
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 250 g of granular tapioca
- 100 g of grated parmesan
- Salt to taste
- Greasing oil
Filling
- 1/2 cup diced bacon
- 1 bunch of chopped endive
Preparation method
- Heat the milk with the chicken broth over medium heat until boiling.
- In a bowl, mix the tapioca, parmesan and salt.
- Add the hot milk, little at a time, mixing until smooth.
- Let stand for 40 minutes or until hot.
- Place the bacon in a pan over medium heat and fry in fat until golden brown.
- Add the endive, salt and pepper and sauté until wilted and softened. Let cool.
- With greased hands, open small portions of dough, divide the filling between them and close to form balls.
- Place on a greased baking tray and bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove and serve.
