Squared chicken

ingredients

  • 500 g of breast chicken dice
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 2 tablespoons soybean oil
  • 1/2 cup shelled peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
  • Corn starch for breading

Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 1 pinch of monosodium glutamate

Preparation method

In a container, coat the chicken with cornstarch. Cut the onion, peppers and celery into cubes. In a pan, heat half the oil over high heat and quickly fry the peanuts. Drain and reserve. In the same pan add the chicken and fry until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. In a skillet, over medium heat, heat the remaining oil. Sauté the vegetables and ginger until crisp and set aside.

Sauce

In a container, dissolve the corn starch in the water. Then put it in a pan and add the other ingredients. Cook over high heat, stirring until it thickens. Add the chicken, peanuts and vegetables and heat through. Serve immediately.



Fried rice with broccoli

ingredients

  • 275 g cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 500 g of broccoli in flowers
  • 3 spring onions sliced
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Preparation method

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Fry the broccoli in olive oil until soft but still tender. Add the chives and set aside. In the same pan, prepare the scrambled eggs, add the broccoli and mix. Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, salt and black pepper. Mix all the ingredients and serve.

Chinese Ramen

ingredients

  • 250g cooked ramen
  • 1 liter of water
  • 2 chicken broth tablets
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of monosodium glutamate
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of oil Sesame
  • 1 Chinese chard bulb, cut into pieces
  • 1/3 cup chopped chives
  • 2 cups cooked broccoli

Mushroom stew

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 200 g of mushrooms
  • Salt to taste

Preparation method

In a pan over low heat, boil the water, add the chicken broth and cook for 10 minutes. Season the broth with salt, glutamate, black pepper and sesame oil. Add the beets to the broth and cook for 2 minutes. Drain the chard and separate it. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the mushrooms until soft. Season with salt. Add the shallots and cooked noodles to the broth. Arrange the broccoli, mushrooms and beets on top. Serve immediately.

Chinese stir fry

ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 kg of minced meat
  • 1 onion in petals
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger chopped
  • 100 g of snow peas
  • 2 cups collard greens, cut into strips
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch
  • 1/4 cup water

Preparation method

In a small skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and add the ground beef until clumps form. Fry until all the water dries up. Add the ginger and onion and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the snow peas and cabbage and sauté for a further 3 minutes or until soft and crispy. Season with salt, black pepper and soy sauce. In a container, dissolve the cornstarch in the water and pour it onto the stew, stirring until it thickens. Serve immediately.
