Condensation of milk threads
Time: 1h (+1h rest)

Ingredients:
- 1 tablet of fresh organic yeast (15g)
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup (tea) condensed milk
- 1/2 cup (tea) oil
- 2 eggs
- 5 cups wheat flour (approximately)
- Margarine and wheat flour for greasing
- 1 egg yolk for brushing
Roof
- 1/2 cup (tea) condensed milk
- Grated coconut for sprinkling
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, mix the yeast, warm milk and condensed milk until the yeast dissolves
- Add the oil, eggs and mix
- Add the flour, little by little, until you obtain a smooth dough that does not stick to your hands.
- If necessary, add more flour
- Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for 1 hour
- Divide the dough into 2 parts and form 2 long rolls
- Twist the two rolls and join the ends, forming a thread.
- Place on a greased and floured baking tray and then brush with the beaten egg yolk.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven (180°C) for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle with the condensed milk from the topping and sprinkle with coconut
- Let it cool and then serve.
