Ingredients for the potato peel:

– 2 units of potatoes

– Salt to taste

– pepper to taste THE

– oil to taste (or olive oil)

PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat the oven to 210°C.
  2. Separate the recipe ingredients and utensils.
  3. Grease the baking tray(s) with a little oil or olive oil.

PREPARATION:

Potato peel (ROASTED POTATO PIECE):

  1. Wash the potatoes well and dry them.
  2. Peel – Remove the peel from the potatoes with a little pulp so that they are very fleshy (use the pulp for other preparations).
  3. Distribute the shells on the greased baking trays, one next to the other, without overlapping them.
  4. Drizzle the peels with a drizzle of oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place in the preheated oven at 210°C and cook for 15 minutes.
  6. After this time, turn the pan(es) and, if necessary, also the peels.
  7. Cook for a further 10 to 15 minutes until golden and crisp.
  8. Turn off the oven and remove the tray(s).

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. Serve the peel of the potatoes immediately, as an accompaniment to your main course or as a snack.
