ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 395 g of green corn
  • 250 g of grated coconut
  • 395 g of condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
  • Greasing oil

Preparation method

Place all the ingredients, except the yeast, in the mixer and blend until you obtain a smooth consistency. Add the baking powder and beat again to incorporate it. Subsequently, transfer the mixture into a round baking dish, with a hole in the centre, greased with oil, and place it in a preheated oven at medium temperature until golden. Serve immediately.

Linseed bread

ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups of tea flaxseed flour brown
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Sesame to decorate
  • Butter for greasing
  • Brown flaxseed flour for dusting

Preparation method

Place the eggs, flaxseed flour and melted butter in a container and mix well. Cover with cling film and leave to rest for 15 minutes. Subsequently, take small portions of dough, form balls and flatten them with your hands until they form a loaf. Place the bread on a baking tray greased with butter and floured with flax flour. Finish by decorating with sesame seeds and place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes. Serve immediately.

  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of ricotta
  • 2 teaspoons of chemical yeast

Filling

  • 2 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 2 slices of ham
  • Oil for anointing

Preparation method

Pasta

Place the eggs, ricotta and chemical yeast in a container and beat until you obtain a homogeneous consistency. Then divide the dough into two portions, grease a round container with olive oil and place 1/3 of the dough on top. Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Repeat the operation with the rest of the dough and set aside.

Filling

In a portion of pasta, arrange the slices of mozzarella and ham and close with the other half of pasta. Reserve. Grease a pan with olive oil and place over medium heat to heat. Place the sandwich on top and grill it on both sides. Serve immediately.
